I used one of those promo codes and it did take a little off, so that was nice. But then shipping got added and this whole thing still felt a bit expensive. Checkout was easy though, no real issues there

I ordered a part and the site itself was fine, nothing too complicated. But the billing part got annoying tbh. My card got charged, then it looked like another pending charge popped up for a few days which had me wondering what was going on. Customer service did get back to me, but it took longer than I hoped to get it sorted. The parts showed up fine, I just wish the payment side was smoother

I ordered a part because it looked like it was in stock, then later found out it was actually backordered. I get that delays happen, but the site really needs to show that before you check out. The inventory info kind of works when it wants, and that’s frustrating when you’re trying to plan around getting a part. I ended up waiting around and then had to figure out another option. Prices were decent, but the stock info needs to be way more upfront.

Partzilla was easy to use overall. I found my bike model fast, and the diagrams made it way easier to figure out what I needed. Checkout was simple too, which I appreciated because there weren’t any weird extra steps or confusion. The only thing that frustrated me was the waiting part, I just wanted my order to move along faster. Still, the website itself was smooth, and I’d probably use it again.

I had a strange fitment question for my Yamaha and figured I’d probably get a generic answer. Instead, the tech support guy took the time to look through the diagrams with me and noticed I was about to order the wrong part.
It saved me the hassle of a return and made the whole thing a lot easier. He explained it in a simple way, didn’t rush me, and was genuinely useful. Good experience overall.

"Delivery turned into a total hassle"
I ordered a part that was supposed to ship in a few days, but then it just sat there with no updates for over a week. The tracking never showed anything useful, so I kept wasting time and energy checking it over and over like something might magically change.
When I reached out to support, they gave me vague answers and still couldn’t tell me when it would actually arrive. By the time it finally showed up, I had already missed the weekend I set aside for the repair, which was incredibly frustrating. I wouldn’t order from partzilla again if I needed something on time...

Ordering went fine for the most part, but managing my account was kind of frustrating. I had to reset my login twice, though maybe I was doing something wrong, and my address changes didn’t save the first time. Not a huge deal, but it felt a little clunky.

"Pleasantly surprised by the real Yamaha part"
I ordered a replacement part for my Yamaha and wasn’t sure what to expect, especially with so many questionable parts online. To my surprise, it showed up in the original packaging with all the correct markings, and it fit exactly like the old one. Definitely seems legit, and I’d be happy to order from Partzilla again.

"Good place to grab OEM parts"
I’ve ordered a handful of parts from Partzilla and so far it’s been a solid experience. The prices are usually better than what my local dealer charges, and I like being able to look things up and compare OEM parts without feeling like I’m overpaying. Shipping wasn’t the fastest and the cost can add up a little, but even with that, the overall value is still good. I’d definitely recommend checking them out if you need parts and aren’t in a huge rush.

"Shipping Took Way Too Long"
I ordered a part expecting it to ship in a reasonable amount of time, but it just sat there for days with barely any update. Customer service was polite enough, but that doesn’t really make up for the lack of communication or the slow shipping. If there’s a delay, customers should be told instead of left guessing. The part did finally show up and it was fine, but I wouldn’t order from here again if I needed something quickly.

"Heads up: the warranty claim process was a nightmare"
Just a warning for anyone thinking about buying parts here: dealing with my warranty claim was a huge headache. I sent in everything they asked for, but I still kept getting passed around with no real answers. It felt like delay after delay instead of actual help. I definitely won’t be buying parts from them again
