"Unreliable information disorganized company"
It feels like every time I contact them I deal with a new person who has no useful response to my previous question, but is more than happy to repeat the same instructions that didn't work the first time. When I called last time at their request to finish the sale, I was on hold for 10 minutes. Only to be told that they were out of stock. Why would they tell me to call if they knew they were out of stock? If they didn't know they were out of stock, why didn't they know that? They have immediate access to your entire inventory, I do not. I have no plan to call their company again and wait another 10 minutes on hold for this process to be possibly resolved when in the 21st century there's no reason why it couldn't have all been done electronically. I trust that the information I'm being given by company representatives is honest and accurate but that hasn't been the case. It's simply been promises that are not kept. It's weird that this has been so disorganized. I expected better.

"I ordered a shift shaft seal"
I ordered a shift shaft seal, paid and received an email when it was shipped. Part never arrived. I contacted Partzilla several times regarding the status only to be told shipping could take 5-7 days on day 7 I sent them a screen shot of the tracking. I get an email that they don't know where part is, do I want a refund or for them to cancel and ship another one. I canceled and ordered from my local shop. Should have ordered there to begin with.

"Buyer beware"
Buyer beware. I ordered a part that was just under the free shipping threshold, so I added an additional item to compensate that. Unfortunately for me the add on part, that said in stock became out of stock a week later, and is on a 2 month back order. That means for me that my original purchase is not going to ship until the 2 month back order add on is in. GREAT! BOLD letters under everything on their website says "FAST SHIPPING"... atleast notify your customers. Thanks for nothing. We will not be ordering anything from you again

"Does Partzilla = Boats.net?"
I am writing to try to find out if Partzilla is related to Boats.net, because I see references affirming that on the web. The tactic of showing stock, but then simply doing nothing seems to be a common thread for the 2 companies. I had this experience with Boats.net and now I see that my part is showing as '2 in stock' at Partzilla. Are they lying through their teeth? I'd like to hear a response from them. If I get what I'm looking for, I'll give 5 stars.

"Slow shipping"

"Items shown in stock then suddenly on backorder once the order is placed."
In my last 5 orders 2 have been delayed because the parts I ordered were unavailable, even though the parts showed as "In Stock" at the time I placed the order. The most recent one parts were shown as in stock, then once the order was placed the next day they are listed on the order status as "Available Monday May 1", and now the order status shows them not available till Wednesday May 3rd.
I called customer service and was told the parts showed as "In Stock" because they didn't know my shipping zip code, which is not true because I have an account with them and my zip code & delivery address automatically show up on the order form and on top of the main page.
I will also add that they have already charged me for this order even though the parts have not shipped yet. Reputable companies won't charge you till the order actually ships.
This is the LAST time I will order from Partzilla. I'll order parts from my local motorcycle shop instead, and with what Partzilla charges for parts and shipping I will still be paying less for the parts.

"Stole my money"
Placed an order to Canada and they failed to include the required documents to cross the border so my order was returned to sender. They refunded me everything apart from shipping...took 2 weeks and several calls and live chats to finally get my shipping refunded as this was no fault of my own. Then, I noticed due to the difference in exchange rates from day of purchase to day of refund I'm missing about $40 which they refuse to reimburse even though this whole thing is their fault. So this whole ordeal cost me money and I got no product in exchange. Then they tell me that if I want the parts I need to place a new order...Terrible customer service.

"Stealing money"
Terrible shipping times. If you do not receive your items within specified times you'll spent your money for nothing they'll rake your money and not give you a refund.

"Damaged Parts and Poor Support"
This was just a big hassle and I rather have paid retail price for the part then to deal with this company. Box was damaged hence the tire carrier that I ordered was damaged to the extend that it was bent and not useable. Every time I called support I got a different story and finally gave up after 3 weeks of trying to get a replacement and requested a full refund. They would not send out a replacement until I sent the damaged one back even after I explained to them that the original box is so damaged that parts were falling out of the box when I moved it. Of course they left that information out during my prior calls when I was attempting to get this resolved.

What a joke of a company. Pretty sad in today's day where you take weeks to ship out a part that you claim you have in stock. Terrible customer service I will never purchase parts from this dog sh** company again
